We attended a funeral in Peterborough some years back. Johnny's Song is a piece I wrote later. We had attended the basement of the church and the Ladies Auxiliary had prepared wonderful delights, all served from the kitchen area. I added Cook In The Kitchen, a traditional Irish tune to move the setting from mournful to joyous in celebrating Johnny's life.
